im more confident now gaga is coming this year. only katy would release round Gaga as it maximises her exposure.

Beys debut were fine. These songs are not as accommodating to a first day debut as her last era.
esp in terms of it sound, or as engaging to her base as her last singles.
They probably want acclaim or longevity this time hence the monday night release

If it was going to come out in mid March she would have probably announced it by now. I see june more likely than march at this point, specially seeing how they took their time with the second single.
