Wtf. The girl is having a collab on a new song from new Rolling F*cking Stones album.

It is her biggest collab to date.

Keep you cheap farm stream artists Bad Bunny and Doja Cat. We want impact more than easy, desparate and forgettable streaming hit :arguega:

Without considering that this is the great return of the Rolling Stones after 18 years, this album will go down in music history and Gaga will be part of it

wait is it confirmed that gaga and the rolling stones are releasing a track together????

From hollywoodreporter.com

''The Rolling Stones will release their first album of original music in nearly two decades on Oct. 20, and it includes a collaboration with Lady Gaga.

At a press event in East London on Wednesday — hosted by Jimmy Fallon — the rock icons revealed details about Hackney Diamonds, the band’s new studio album. Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood also unveiled the music video for the album’s first single, “Angry,” which was released Wednesday and stars Emmy-nominated actress Sydney Sweeney, who attended the event.

When Fallon asked her what crossed her mind when she got the call to star in the video, the Euphoria and The White Lotus actress said, “Oh, gosh. I mean, I freaked out, called my family, and brought my mom.” Her mom sat behind her at the event.

“I loved the song when I heard it. It’s been stuck in my head,” Sweeney added.

The band earned a standing ovation from the audience at Hackney Empire, where cupcakes with the Rolling Stones’ tongue logo were given out. The rockers said they recorded 23 songs in December, finished them in January and mixed them in February. Hackney Diamonds will include 12 tracks and were recorded in London, Los Angeles, New York City and Bahamas.

Of the album title, Jagger explained: “It’s like getting your car window screen smashed on a Saturday night in Hackney.” Jagger also called the theme of the album “angry and disgust.”

The Stones worked with producer Andrew Watt, best known for his work with Justin Bieber, Miley Cryus, Ozzy Osbourne and others. He won the Grammy for producer of the year at the show.

The band says Charlie Watts, who died in 2021, performed on two tracks; while original member Bill Wyman plays on “Live by the Sword.” And they described the album as a mix of rock songs, including some that are funky, as well as love ballads.

When Jagger called the track “Sweet Sound of Heaven” — which features Gaga — gospel-flavored, Richards giggled and said: “You’ve never been to church in your life.” The audience laughed.''

It dawned on me yet again how evil ATRL is. After I posted about my struggles and my goals to overcome them, and was met with a tidal wave of hatred (terrorist, pedophile, psycho, etc), I posted about it in the Random Thoughts thread. Of course the response was "don't take it seriously". How can I not? It came upon me today the realization that there are people out there in this world that hate me, genuine hatred, that I have never wronged. I have never met them. I have never interacted with them. I do not know their names or what they do or where they live. And yet they hold deeply rooted contempt for me and my life. It is sickening and evil to hold contempt for someone who has never wronged you in that manner. I have wronged people before, and that gives them a degree of freedom of thought over me, but these random internet cowards don't know a goddamn thing about who I am or what I've been through. They are not just trolls - they are sickened individuals who get off on tormenting those weaker than them with slurs and doxxing and threats.

They will never see the light, but I have. I left that infernal hellhole - and anyone who values basic empathy should too.

I honestly wish I could brush it off, but knowing there are people I've never met that hate me at the mention of my name disturbs me on a personal level

So, AM is way less important

Not really for Billboard. Only 40% of Spotify monthly active users are premium. Assuming this pattern holds for the US market and the number of streams, it means ~120k premium streams and ~180k free streams.

Premium streams are worth 3x the points of free streams. 120k + 180k/3 = 180k equivalent premium streams, for Spotify.
