It was literally near pitch perfect except for like one or two notes and they weren't that far off. if you have trouble with notes that are this slightly off... Yeah now that I see it again, I think the difference is her hair is pulled back much more tightly on the red carpet whereas you can see it's looser in the performance (she had to take off that dress and put on that T-shirt so hair was gonna get messier), so the top is bunched up and roots stand out less.
