Gaga's 1 of the strongest western Pop acts on YT and unofficial BM vids/remixes are stealing millions of streams, and... nada. A well-planned MV + new DJ remixes + digital & physical EP would be ideal, but I understand it's not realistic. But, literally, any official upload would work on YT, and there's already 1 official remix (Horrors)! It'd just need to be moved from 1 useless compilation (BTW: The Remix) to a new, more beneficial 1 (being categorized as new, monetized, etc.). Spoiler John Wayne - MV, no Radio, no remixes/physical release Joanne (PV) - MV to a remix not attached to Joanne; no US Radio The Cure - no MV, not attached to Joanne ARUTW - no US Radio SL, ROM - 2 (+) standalone remixes each (released well after they'd peaked) and not attached to Chromatica Free Woman - standalone remix not attached to any version of Chromatica; no US Radio 911 - MV; multiple standalone remixes not attached to Chromatica; no US Radio Like, come on. At the very least, Joanne could've reached ~50 weeks on BB200 (with The Cure, Million Reasons' remixes, and Joanne (PV) added to a digital deluxe edition); Chromatica could've reached >50 weeks on BB200 (with the non-DoC remixes, LMR, and 1000 Doves PV added to a digital deluxe edition). ARUTW could've been Top 20 with 20+ weeks with Radio; ROM could've remained Top 10 on BB100 prior to the VMAs with more timely remixes; 911 could've had a 12-20 week run + Top 40 peak with Radio. And, a 23-track album is as exploitative of the system as releasing multiple physical versions, if not more so (physical copies stop being counted after they're purchased, while the 23 tracks' streams are essentially unlimited). The whole methodology is broken. Like, just 1) award points based on the avg. streams' of the middle [X] tracks, or 2) to the % increase/decrease WoW (regardless of total #/streams), or 3) only count 4 streams per account per song or album. And, multiply points received from a re-release (deluxe versions, different physical formats, etc.) by a factor based on the amount of new content. If there are 2 new songs on an album that had 10 songs, count 20% of the points. IDK. If it's that interesting to people, have separate streaming, sales, and/or profit-based charts separate from the 1 that is intended to measure overall popularity or whatever the heck BB claims to be doing at this point.
