Taylor is not winning an Oscar. That category is meant for serious filmmakers who make short films on subjects like war, cultural issues etc. I’m sorry but I already feel bad for the voters who have to watch that hilariously mediocre music video after films about migration (Burros) or domestic violence in India (Rising Lotus)

The Oscar campaign for Shallow was phenomenal. She wanted it so bad and she got it. 

Counterpoint: if TGM doesn't get a lot of Oscar nominations (only 2 at GG!?!) (also I think Avatar 2 has all the technical categories on lock) then I could see Paramount going hard for HMH. They have to get something for their 1.5 billion smash. HMH might be their best chance.

Every song that gets nominated has a chance, HMH is actually a strong contender and everyone says this not just me. We don't have to act like HMH has 0 chances just to avoid a disappointment because Gaga already has an Oscar, if she loses then she loses, It's nothing tragic
