if Gaga ever wins a second oscar why would the waiting period between the two be exactly the same as Frances'?

Frances is a beloved veteran (one of the only 24 people in history to acheive the Triple Crown of Acting) who had the right vehicle (best director and picture sweeper) in the right year (no frontrunner, thanks to the globes who threw off the race)... she's not a good example at all

Gar’s team needs to work on getting her better visibility and numbers on Apple Music. Apple Music is bigger than Spotify in the US, and I think it would help her in the US if she performed better on there.
