Interesting. I've always thought it's one of her easier songs to sing live because the verses and chorus are pretty low relatively (only goes to C5 and that too in the last chorus briefly). It may actually be too low for some women in the original key but raising it a semitone or two would make it a breeze. 

The only hard parts are the post chorus vocals (the heady/mixed voice part) and the screams. And I think you can skip those parts. It won't be as iconic but better not to do it than... 

That's why the song is also such a popular trend. It's so easy to sing the chorus ("I'll dance, dance, dance...") - no big intervals and it sounds decent even if you sing it offkey
