Yeah Monster has very narrow mind of success. Unless her album serves numbers like TF+M or ASIB they consider it flop. All her eras are platinum in multiple countries with top hit in multiple countries, any other fanbase will treat these stats as success.

Chromatica had little promo compared to other Gaga eras. 

All she did was one live peformance at the VMA´s. Joanne, ARTPOP, Born This Way, etc. all had at least 20 TV performances all around the world.

If you look at the eras that got full single treatment, many singles, smash videos, etc....the lead single always smashed. If you want a full era, pray for a better lead single. Can't have one with a PI/SL situation that goes nowhere.
