No, Gaga just has 3 songs playlisted at different playlists (Bad Romance, Monster, Bloody Mary), while the other ones have one song on every playlist.

The fact that on the biggest Halloween playlist Katy has DH (pretty high) AND ET. Rihanna has Disturbia (like 3rd or sth) AND BBHMM???? The f- and Gaga only has BR at like 36 or sth when she has Monster, DITD, Judas, etc.

Having two songs like that from two different albums will help streams spread.

Whereas Spotify always add BR/JD/PF, but this exaggerates the ‘problem’ With TFM carrying her as they’re all from one album. Having ‘Sour Candy’ on there as BP are in era and it’s kinda Halloweeny would’ve actually made sense, but yeah
