Didn't know the cutoff for the H100 was so low. Just quickly scanning through the list, BM is comfortably above the song at #95 on all platforms for instance

I think it is relatively unlikely that Bloody Mary debuts on the Hot 100. It seems BB decides on a case-by-case basis if older songs are allowed to debut
