There was a protest aswell when she came in Romania back in 2012 (but much more smaller and it was bc of someone famous here who has crazy religious followers) they literally run away when they saw how many people came to see her show, it was funny af

I think tour gross is the most flawed metric tbh. If they have more dates its logical the gross is bigger but also if the demand was not there, the amount of dates would be smaller right? And if we take average price as a reference, charging high prices is not a thing to boast about. So idk
