I mean it did happen on some level. I would’ve never even known those songs if it wasn’t for Gaga and now I listen to them regularly.

There has been music with a similar style that have had an increase in popularity and streams if I recall correctly. We'll have to further observe the phenomenon, because less than 24 hours ago a video with almost 500k likes was released and there are a lot of very recent videos using the song now. It might not be enough for the song to gain +1M streams/day, but it can be a cute update for LFS and the song in general.

Not wanting to be that person but forget this. The guy is not even capable of booking some playlists. Don't forget he's the one who waited +3 weeks after her last lead single leaked before releasing it officially. Unless she changes manager I don't see her having huge numbers mainly because she has bad (music) management. 

I'll never forget the embarassment of seeing Ariana's manager making more promo of ROM that what Bobby did for the full Chromatica music campaign.

I think they have a very different set of priorities than what fans want them to do. Bobby managed to book the Sound of Music performance for Gaga in 2015 when she was not even close to being a respected figure in Hollywood. That’s a huge deal.
