I genuinely don't get this reaction.

Neither have released albums this year and Katy has more hit singles than Gaga does. I think it shows that Gaga's catalog streams have actually improved quite abit.

Edit: The Chart you're referring to only showed a difference of about 3 million streams at the end of last month. Gaga's probably caught up since she's been outstreaming Katy for awhile now.
