Does somone know if ARTPOP sold 2.3M pure in 2013 or 2.3M incl. single sales and streams?

Some monsters on Twitter are saying it sold ~2.5M pure as of now.

2.3M is Units Shipped.. Chartmasters estimated 2.1M Pure Sales so ~200k physical CDs collecting dusts in the stands

As far as I know, IFPI only counts physical album sales and nothing else.
