Is That God deserves at least When I Was Your Man level success

they should've kept the scene in of ITA, released its ''mv'' and put it on TTH instead of look what the queen of pop I  found, but i guess they'd be all ballad'd out if they didnt switch it up.

it actually smashed on ikoons on the first week and was an end credits song. hand teas

Being the front runner so early on is never a good thing…I still think that with the non existent competition so far, the biggest upset will come from Black Panther.

I’m sure they will exploit Chad’s death and use the song dedicated to him in an emotional scene, like Fast and Furious did (but failed to get a nom).

Bradley was a dumb hag for cutting that wedding scene that used Is that alright…so beautiful and emotional!

ITA would have been as big as ARUTW if it was kept in the movie and released as a music video with those scenes.

Just for this Bradley got what he deserved, SNUBBED from best director & LOST Best Actor to a clown with prosthetic teeth!

Gaga doesn’t need another magnus opum tbh, almost every album she released is worthy of a magnus opum title. Which one isn’t, I’ll leave that up to you all.

:whatga:

As a stan, it's easy to say this. But when we say this, it's more for the GP. Something that just clears everything without a doubt: universal acclaim (Gaga doesn't have an 80+ MC yet, a GF win), undoubted commercial success (one that we don't have to explain with context or pigeonholing :dean_scream:; i.e., it's good for a pop album released by a female artist during an economic crisis, or she's 40 don't expect her to have monster sales), and extreme longevity (think Taylor's staying power in the BB 200 albums--bar the Fame no other Gaga album is currently charting much less clearing 200 weeks).

There is room for Gaga to outdo her own former projects.

Oh I know, I’m just a stan. Having said that, Gaga is polarizing, I doubt she will ever have a „gp magnus opum”.

If we’re talking about a metacritic score, 79 for Chromatica (while too low for me) is her clostest one yet to being universally acclaimed and before anyone tells me it’s because of poptimism, I don’t care, lol. The score is what it is.
