Because it doesnt fit the genre for the rest of big playlists (like they wont add it to rapcaviar, mint, or so on), it didnt enter top50 ones, also it wasn't in all of them at the same time. Like it was on popup at the begining but was removed before it peaked Issue was lower positions on them not the lack of them. And it had to build that up.
