Je travaille dans la fonction publique territoriale je suis contractuel j’y travaille depuis août 2021 et c’est la grosse merde car tous mes collègues sont en arrêt maladie mdr le travail me saoule donc. Je n’aime plus trop.

on va certainement me proposer de devenir stagiaire fonctionnaire à la fin de mon contrat en décembre. Je ne sais pas quoi faire. Ça ne me plait plus mais devenir stagiaire pendant 1 an puis titulaire ensuite me donnerait une ptain de stabilité et de sûreté de l’emploi…

C'est mieux de rester et cumuler de l'expérience (GODe experience ) et après si t'en peux vraiment plus tu as plus de choix pour changer de boulot
