There are multiple hits (we don't talk about bruno, vegas, i ain't worried) and multiple songs by grammy favored artists like (Gaga herself, Billie, Taylor).  One huge disadvantage for Gaga is they will likely submit both songs from Top Gun movie. 

 

Hold My Hand is likelier to get Oscar nomination than grammy nomination

Movie studios mostly submit just one song for all award shows and focus on that for a chance of actually winning. IAW is more likely to be submitted for best pop duo than best visual media.
