It does. Like 1 min between 7-8 countries and around 10mins-15mins before the voting ends. For a 4 hour show it's nothing, but if she somehow had an ad it would have been watched by 200 million people so it's worth to spend some money more. And I'm so glad Eurovision doesn't have many ads. Watching Gaga performing on the American shows like Grammys,Oscars and etc. is insufferable with all these ads She could also promote Haus Labs and using HMH as a background.
