Considering the excellence she served with the A Star Is Born Soundtrack, you'd think a ballad for this calibre would sound better. The chorus melody isn't there, nor is the production. I'm going to listen and track its success because I'm a stan, but this isn't a normal effort. It'll probably effect commercial performance.
