He also said that if a nation tries to attack Russia, this nation will have huge consequences and that Russia will employ something that was never used before aka nuclear bomb :rip::rip::rip:

It's so interesting to me how I watched a conference a few weeks ago about this conflict and the supposed specialists on the matter were all so skeptical that anything was actually coming out of this. Reminds me of when Covid-19 started, everyone refused to believe it at first too.

In 2014 Russia already said that sanctions like the swift banking and transaction bans can be considered a war declaration. This is going to be wild if the EU comes through with these sanctions.

Ukraine envoy to India Igor Polikha seeks PM Modi's intervention

"India has a special relationship with Russia and New Delhi can play a more active role in controlling the situation (Russia-Ukraine crisis). We urge PM Narendra Modi to immediately contact Russian President Vladimir Putin and our President Volodymyr Zelensky," Ukrainian Ambassador to India Igor Polikha has said.

Nnn this is horrible. Russia is an agressor and is putting Europe in a very unstable situation that could escalate into WW3. (Also I've been inactive due to mental health issues due to mandatory conscription, but this helps to put into perspective why we have mandatory conscription)

The West’s sanctions have absolutely no bite. Tiger with no teeth.

Sadly Russia's economy is quite independent (I have heard that about 90% of their GDP is wholly internal). Still, the West should try to fully smother Russia's economy with stopping all purchases of natural resources from them, removing them from SWIFT and fully isolating them.

Also it is a very weird day in Estonia as we celebrate our national independence day (Estonia has existed for 104 years :prideheart:) and currently there is a military parade and every soldier is wearing an Ukrainian flag on their uniform.

At the very least, Russia should be kicked out of international finance systems, like SWIFT.

Happy independece day bestie :crying:

the saddest part is that for the past 30 years the West had called us overly paranoid for feeling threatened by Russia no one listened to us and now we have a war. I’ve been having panic attacks the whole morning, this situation is so crazy

Yeah, the whole situation is sad. Hopefully this ends the naivety the West had about Russia and Putin.

I legitimately just turned my TV off when my PM spoke. The man who wanted to bully LGBTQ students and staff with his religious freedom bill (which failed) wants to lecture other “bullies”. Why don’t you Actually do something old mate!
