I actually spent a while trying to figure out how they brought the color to this photo cuz color photography wasn't widespread until the 1970s.  I wonder if they went back in and had to specifically color it by hand which would be why it almost looks like a painting and has some uncanny valley to it

If any of yall know anything about photography I'd love to know more about the process of it

idk anything about the process of it but considering she's the queen of one of the largest empires in history, i'm sure she had access to technology before it was widespread
