I believe that commas should not be used as decimals points! Commas are used to denote a continuance of a thought and a dot denotes the end of a thought. A comma used for a decimal linguistically implies that the number will continue, despite it now being in a fraction of the number. Having a decimal point there indicates that we've now broken down in the smallest digits of the number in question. A comma used for thousands, such as $1,500, implies that there's a fair amount of money as it follows the linguistic properties and usage of a comma - more information and more thoughts to continue after said comma!

Yeah so like in the US and a lot of other countries apparently too it's like....

One thousand five hundred fifty dollars and 75 cents would be written as $1,550.75 while in other countries it'd be $1.550,75 which is contradictory to the use of that punctuation in most languages

@little legend Congrats on the hit thread though. Season 1 had 280 pages and here we are, a few challenges in at 217. Will we pass it  We'll see if results are still late.

don't mention or tag him, he has to calculate these complicated results on a stone tablet with a metal stick to carve it into the stone....it's very time consuming!
