I'm sorry but after 13 years since she debuted we should be happy that she still can get #1 albums and singles and its not completely faded like other artists that were dominating during the 10's. The expectations that some people had while seeing what ASIB did for her were a bit too high, the promotion that the soundtrack was getting pretty much weekly with the movie was extremely good and a big part of why it was so successful, you can't replicate that with a regular album. At the same time we also can't say that this is the best that Gaga can do because obviously the promo for Chromatica was laughable in comparison with the promo that ASIB had. Outdoing Joanne is not that easy, especially when you have an artist like Gaga that's not a streaming giant and when you also cut most of the promo that would affect her sales aswell... 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
