This is embarrassing. English speaking markets that have bigger populations than those European markets that Gaga is apparently selling in.

That is not true

Canada: 37M, Australia: 25M, New Zealand: 4.9M, Ireland: 4.9M

France: 67M, Germany: 83M, Italy: 60M, Spain: 47M, Poland: 38M

And Gaga still has sold way more albums in the UK

Those stans mean she can afford to go on stadium tours that gross 300M+ with very few dates :dead: Could Gaga gross that much in only those European countries like Switzerland and France? No.

The Reputation tour grossed 340M with 260M from the US + Canada

After the demand post-ASIB Gaga could definitively do huge tour numbers, she just has to want to do the shows :mess:

Exactly, if she didn't always cancel half of her tour in Europe the numbers would look much better :bradley:

Can we just stop the mess and discourse. Gaga and Taylor are both still extremely successful female artists in pop music which is not the kindest to women over 30. They both are still selling, breaking records and having hits 15 and 13 years into their careers and are competing with girls sometimes half their age and often surpassing them. The discourse who is more popular including and excluding x countries is getting tired, lets just stop pitting succesful women against each other.

Taylor bigger than Gaga in the UK ? :rip:

It was never the case and even today Gaga stomps on her in the country  :toofunny:

Shallow - 3xPlatinum (soon 4xPlatinum)

Rain On Me - soon 2XPlatinum

No one knows for a fact Gaga would sell shows or albums if she wanted to sell them. All I know is, Taylor’s numbers are THERE and bigger than Gaga’s. Streaming, physicals, tours, digital :toofunny:  With no ifs or buts

You were all awfully silent when this chart fact came to light :toofunny:

Not to mention the chart runs of Chromatica and Joanne in the U.K. :toofunny:

Both taylor and Gaga are the same level in the UK

1989 - 1.3m records sold

The Fame - 3.2M records sold

keep doing the Delulu’s work :toofunny:

It’s honestly tiring to see how people always pity women against each other instead of supporting or praising them for still being as succesful as they are

No wonder y’all hate Hey Girl because you didn’t get the message

He guys, I just came across some thouhts and wanted to hear your opinions.

Do you think that "The Cure" would have been bigger than "Never Really Over" if it had a Music Video?

now this is something i have never thought of before, considering it's close to NRO anyways, a MV would really have made it bigger i think :arguega:

it's really that hard to be a Little Monster that Taylor loves. Why do we always have to compare Taylor Swift and Gaga? Gaga has a kind of success, cultural and social impact, that no one has had since Madonna and Michael Jackson. Lady Gaga is a great record seller but her success is great on a cultural level...
