I think now that consumption has changed - no.1s that switch up often will be common. This is the first time in a while majority of the top 10 are ACTUAL hits so I don’t think think a rule change is necessary.

I honestly don't even know what COULD be changed. Do they ban #1 debuts? Do they ban sales, so fraudulent sales can't skew results? (they’re still sales, therefore, indicators of consumption, so I'm very uncomfortable to ban them)

There is no go policy to stop such a big turnover, it just means that we're not in 2010 anymore. Radio isn't as powerful anymore, sales are dead which only leaves streaming and streaming audiences are fickle and quick to change.

To be fair what should change is the chart frequency, in order to correlate with the nowadays' consumption speed. But that's a very harsh change and I can see the reticence from Ms. Billboard :enigma:

This is so good, her best lyric video isn't even hers :rip:

I think this has potential to be mistaken for an official video and get a lot of views because of that

So the streams of an unofficial lyric video (which won't be that many) will count towards the album for the BB200 right?

They couldn't even credit 911 correctly what do you think?
