I know someone is going to say my submission is teal or in the green category, but it's baby blue –– I even checked the Instagram that's basically Gwen's equivalent of La Maison Gaga that gives sources for her clothing & accessories, and according to them, it's a powder blue. 

Oh well. Blue is not her color anyway. Her two most iconic blue outfits –– the Don't Speak video polka-dotted dress & her blue hair and furry blue bikini top from the Return of Saturn era –– are not the type of looks that would do well in this competition. This is what I get for picking a tomboyish ska girl turned cowgirl who embraces a different type of fashion.
