This company is a joke. billboard adds stupid rules no one asked for but won't get rid of rules that are outdated and manipulated. they need to fix the remix rules because flops like BTS release so many remixes to get their irrelevant song to go #1 only to chart for 3 weeks or stay at #1 for weeks when no one is listening to their song. If I'm scrolling on twitter and a video autoplays for just two seconds, that counts as a view.
