Unless she is going to really nail the song and do a massive promo run alongside that to sell the sh*t out of it. But ROM is still a streaming hit in general, it just didn't connect with the GP to the point where its going to make the IFPI singles list unlike 7 rings and Shallow in 2019. I investigated a bit and it looks like there's no fixated date and they usually announce them in more than 1 bunch. Usually tho they are all announced 2 weeks before the event.
